Cleanse Time

October 17th, 2008 · 1 Comment · Uncategorized

When the weather starts turning, I like to do a short cleanse diet and offer a cleanse class. For me, and for many of my clients, doing a cleanse can help your body rest and gently transition from one way of eating to another.

If you think about it, you don’t really want to eat the same way throughout the year. It’s kind of like how you change out your wardrobe when it gets warmer or cooler. You don’t want to wear shorts or drink a smoothie in the middle of January. Likewise, it’s doesn’t feel good to wear a heavy sweater and eat a hearty stew in the middle of July.

Is cleansing good for you? It depends on the kind of cleanse you are doing and your motivation for cleansing.

The cleanse that I offer to my clients is based in whole foods – there’s no starvation, juicing, or fasting. Unless, of course you really want to.

Interested? You can learn more about it and ask me any questions you like on my free teleclass:

Thursday, October 30 at 6:00 PM ET

If you know you’d like to sign up for the class, you can do so here:
