Whatever your ultimate goals are, the Create Your Delicious Life group coaching program will help you get a head start on living that fit, fantastic life you’ve always desired.
In this eight-week program, I’ll give you the tools and techniques you can use to successfully achieve your goals and get healthy and happy.

How it works:
In the Create Your Delicious Life 8-week virtual group counseling program, you’ll get all the tools you need to achieve your goals
Classes: We’ll meet for eight phone sessions in a small group setting. In each group, we’ll be going over a specific topic designed to support your weight loss, stress reduction, exercise and overall health goals.
Support: Our sessions will be interactive and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and get support. You’ll also get in-between session support through a members-only site.
Materials: To support your success, you’ll get a binder of helpful recipes, meal-planning tips, shopping lists and wellness mindset exercises that will help you stay on track.
Accountability: You’ll have the opportunity to pair up with an accountability partner who will help you stay on track with your goals on a weekly basis
You’ll learn how you can set goals that make sense for you – and celebrate as you achieve them, one by one. We’ll work together in a group to cover all of the following topics over the course:
Feeding your body – how to find the right foods that will support your energy and allow you to lose weight naturally without dieting – what you should ditch to maintain optimal health – how to understand your cravings and break unhealthy habits
Cleansing your whole system – What is cleansing and how does it work – the difference between cleansing and fasting – how cleansing supports your system – different ways to cleanse – finding a cleanse that’s right for you
Motivating movement – how to choose exercise to increase your vitality – finding the right schedule for your lifestyle – mixing up your routine to support weight loss goals, and heart and bone health
Achieving your dreams – Making the law of attraction really work for you – set goals the right way and watch things happen – how to change your thinking to a success mindset – how to use simple meditations and affirmations to get into a success state
Chilling out – What to do to reduce your anxiety – simple meditation exercises you can do anywhere – how to change your state of mind instantly – what you can eat to boost your mood naturally without side effects
Maintaining your success – What you can do to stay on the path to success – how to maintain your body, health and life as you’ve created it – how to stay motivated to keep achieving your goals
Where we meet: It doesn’t matter where you’re located – you will be meeting with me over the phone for each session of the course. If for some reason you can’t make it to one of the calls, I’ll be recording the calls so you can listen at your convenience.
