Each individual program starts with a delicious life strategy session. This 30-minute conversation focuses on your health goals and concerns. We’ll cover your diet and health history, and you’ll come away with a clearer understanding of where your imbalances lie and how to address them.
The Delicious Life Individual Coaching Program
Most people sign up for a one-on-one program when they are ready to make big strides forward in achieving their health goals. Making big changes takes time, and having a consistent program with a knowledgeable guide can make those changes happen that much faster.
With Individual Coaching, you get:

The Fast Track
This is for people who want to start making big changes quickly and need the support and guidance to do so. The fast track is for people who take a no-excuses approach to their wellness, and are willing to do the work to achieve everything they desire in life.
The Fast Track program includes:
• Four 45-minute one-on-one phone calls per month for 4 months
• Follow up recap e-mail after session with detailed recommendations
• Supportive handouts at each session
• Access to my lending library of books, videos, and CDs
• Accountability tools to stay on track
• Two 15- minute check-in calls whenever you need extra guidance
• Unlimited e-mail support in between sessions
The Basics
The Basic Program is for people who want to make changes with some help, but are a little more self guided in their wellness. They realize that a good coach offers the accountability and guidance they need, and they are also willing to do what it takes accomplish their goals.
The Basic Program includes:
• Three 45-minute one-on-one phone calls per month for 4 months
• Follow up recap e-mail after session with detailed recommendations
• Supportive handouts at each session
• Access to my lending library of books, videos, and CDs
• Accountability tools to stay on track
• Unlimited e-mail support in between sessions
The Maintenance
The maintenance program is for people who have gone through the Fast Track or Basics program and want support to stay accountable to their new habits. People in the maintenance program realize that coaching helps them stay on track to ensure that the changes remain a part of their life.
The Maintenance Program includes:
• Two 45-minute one-on-one phone calls per month for 4 months
• Follow up recap e-mail after session with detailed recommendations
• Supportive handouts at each session
• Access to my lending library of books, videos, and CDs
• Accountability tools to stay on track
• Unlimited e-mail support in between sessions
