International no-diet day

Now this is a holiday I can really get behind. International no-diet day, started in 1992, is a celebration of body acceptance.
As much as I talk about cleansing diets, the real reason why I offer them is so that people can start normalizing their eating. If you eat good, healthy food on a regular basis in healthy quantities, you won’t need to diet ever. Your body will reach a level of health and size that it is meant to be. I use a gentle, whole-foods-based cleanse diet to help people get off sugar, reduce junk food and eat more wholesome, nutrient dense meals that really satisfy them.
When you eat healthy food and take good care of yourself, you don’t crave junk food and sugar. When you can release that need to diet, you can start doing the things that you really love to do – instead of putting them off for that day when you’re “perfect.”
Eating healthfully is loving and accepting yourself. Take care of your body because you care about yourself and every day will be a no-diet day.
