I’m really excited to be on the Mind Over Matter radio show from 12 – 1 pm ET tomorrow – February 21. I’ll be talking about the common myths of healthy eating, the biggest mistakes people make when trying to get healthier, and my philosophy on food.
Joshua Margolis, the host of the show, is a fitness trainer who discusses how exercise is about the journey, not the destination. Like any other life-altering discipline, exercise is no exception. Joshua explains how to adopt exercise into your life with the goal of having it last a lifetime.

I’ve been making raw sauerkraut for a while. When Garden Party invited me to post, I was excited to offer my recipe and some health tips. The philosophy of Garden Party is all about living a more green life. Lenny Williams is an expert party planner who does it with a fresh twist – she’s great at putting together greener events. From the food to the decor to the cleanup after the event, Lenny is great at taking your vision and coordinating it with venues and vendor offerings to make a fun, fabulous and eco-friendly event.
To green her own life, Lenny practices what she preaches. She makes things when she can instead of buying, recycles to minimize waste, and creates peace and balance in her life with yoga – she’s also a certified yoga teacher in private practice. Check out her site for more tips on how to be greener.
