Did you know that we have less than 100 days left in the year 2009 – and in this first decade of this century? What have you been putting off that would let you have a delicious life?
What will you do for the last days of this year, and this decade, to get healthier and live more deliciously? Maybe you want to
- Exercise more
- Get to sleep earlier and sleep better
- Eat more vegetables
- Spend more time with good friends
- Cook some new dishes
- Work less and take more time for yourself
The most perfect time to get started is now. Here’s what I plan to do for you in these last days:
- Deliver the best tips that I can to support your goals
- Add more easy, delicious recipes to my site
- Give you more resources to meet your goals
For myself, I plan to:
- Finish writing my first book
- Get back on track with my exercise routine – work out more frequently and mix up my routine for more fun and greater fitness
